The following proof of trade status must be produced before a badge is provided
* A recent invoice FROM a Supplier relevant to the furniture, furnishings or interiors
trade Plus ONE of the following:
* Company letterhead, business card or invoice with company address and VAT
number.
* Personal ID eg. driving license or credit card must be shown by pre-registered entrants entering the show with pre-registered invitation letters and badges.
* Only 1 adult guest per registered buyer. Buyers and guests must wear Guest badges and return them on departure.
* Security staff at registration area will enforce our door policy.
* Security on hand to ensure fire exit doors not used by unauthorised public.
* Signage will be produced saying fire exits are “For exit only- No entry”
* All Attendees/Exhibitors must wear their badges during the show
* Car-park attendants at the front gate will be vigilant against anyone arriving to remove exhibition goods on the last day before the show is officially over.
Exhibitors Invites & obligations
* Exhibitors badges are restricted to staff manning exhibition stands during the show.
* Exhibitors are asked to refrain from distributing Guest badges to friends and family who are not in the trade.
* Exhibitors are not obliged to talk to attendees with Guest badges during the show.
* Exhibitors must wear badges all times. Exhibitor badges are not-transferable
* Exhibitors are asked not to sell off stands during show opening hours.
* Signs saying “ Goods are display only- NOT for sale” will be available to exhibitors.
